I popped into store a few days ago as I'm due an upgrade and wanted to see what my options would be on a new device was greeted by millie she was incredibly helpful and polite was more than happy to answer all my questions and talk me through it and was very patient with my young children shouting and screaming fantastic service!!

If I could give this zero star I would. Dealt with a girl called Millie who was extremely unprofessional. I was having an issue with topping up my phone and converting it to a data package. She took payment for my top up assuring me she could convert in store. After realizing she wasn't able to do this, advised me that I would need to let my credit run out and do it again- paying again for the service, the whole reason I came into store. She told me she could not give a refund and was extremely rude telling me not to bother coming in to store. Will be 100% leaving three after this experience.

This is the first time I've complained about a service but have never been unfortunate enough to be on the receiving end of such bad customer service in the past. The shop manager's behaviour is rude and dismissive. Despite having sold me a faulty broadband router, she not only refused the possibility of cancellation and provided conflicting information regarding the 14-day cancellation window, she also falsely claimed she lacked the authority to issue a replacement router, and implied that I was responsible for the damage to the router. I was sent away after long waits on numerous occasions, only to speak to someone online at Three who would then send me back to the shop, where again, I would be met with the rude, dismissive attitude (only of the manager, the rest of the staff were really helpful). I've found the whole experience to be quite upsetting, stressful, unnecessarily prolonged, and extremely frustrating and I hope nobody else has to experience this in the future.

Awful customer service!! Female which I believe must be the store manager was super rude, it took an hour to run a new iPhone through the system to only run the wrong iPhone through their system and credit checked me twice and second one failed due to this.I went to Vodaphone I was in and out in 10 minutes with no issues. My suggestion is train your staff in customer service and learn how to be polite. I certainly wouldn't have this individual fronting up my shop!

Absolutely shocking the way they?ve treated Chelsea fc. I had 3 contracts with 3, mine, wife, and my daughter going to cancel all of them
