Just drove into Bridgend to get an upgrade on my phone, walked into the store to be told we are closed ? don't know when we will be open , health and safety issues apparently. Well update your opening hours then , so we are aware of when you will actually reopen.

Went to the shop before l went abroad to ask about Data roaming.2 young girls were chatting and looked up and said ? just go on your settings? and carried on talking.
I rang 3 and had to pay £2 a day, they explained it?s not just a matter of going on settings!
Second visit to upgrade my husbands phone on my account. Took my passport and bank details . Updated. But told me to come back 2 weeks later as my phone wasn?t due.
Third visit went back. But the same girl l saw 2 weeks previously , Refused to do it without my passport! Even though l had my photo bus pass and bank cards. She Told me to come back. I WONT be back . Shocking,

Great little store, friendly staff, I felt with a young lady called Millie who was extremely polite, helpful, and cheerful, which had made the experience of using 3 a very happy one ?, also lots of great deals on different products, would definitely use the store again ?

It's an ok store. Went there a few weeks ago to get a new phone. Didn't have correct I'd for new phone and contract.
Haven't been able to go back. I'm in work before they open. And thanks to the senedd I'm stuck on the road until they close.
