Coffee in the hub is excellent, served by very friendly staff, today it was Teah. She was very helpful and very accommodating to my preferences. Quality and friendliness is always 5+

Very very poor vegetarian choices - so I opted for the cheese toastie and asked for chips with it.At first the person who served me started to ring up my order and then a different staff member shouted "NO - WE DONT HAVE ANY CHIPS". The customer directly behind me ordered something with chips - and got them! I queried this afterwards and was told that there were no chips - only fries!WHY NOT JUST TELL CUSTOMERS THAT CHIPS CANNOT BE SERVED WITH SANDWICHES!I won't be visiting this Cafe again.

Went for food this evening food was absolutely delicious, my partner had the big Ed?s and he said it?s the best breakfast he?s had in ages and the sausage and chips are to die for! (They are Better than my local chippie!) I also had a blondie and ?.. oh my god delicious!! The servers we kind and friendly and went the extra mile to help me.Can?t wait to come back!Kid-friendliness: Servers were more than happy to help me with my daughter, they offered to take my drinks over for me so that I wouldn?t have to struggle so kind! I can?t thank you enough.

Well this was our first time visiting the new cafe in the bridgend store. Will not be coming again. First was had to wait a long time to be severed the customer before us left. The next thing was that the choice both me and husband wanted was out of stock which is still as they have adds for both breakfast items. Will not be visiting again.

Very disappointed, looking forward to fish and chips, didn?t have any, the only other option was breakfast, and that was the full menu, two choices of main meal, terrible, coffee was lukewarm, bacon was thin and overcooked, staff weren?t very happy, the one who served me wasn?t very happy you?d swear I asked her to pay for it, we had to clear the table ourselves, can?t see it lasting long, it?s a pity, but we won?t be going again, very unhappy.Wayne
