Walked in the shop immediately asked if I needed help, I said im fine, just browsing, then was told about all the offers , I said I was just looking and moved to the other side of the shop , then got followed around by some one else, asking if I wanted help, I said I was fine I don?t know how many times, they heard I was looking for a birthday gift then asking who it was , how old they were. I can?t be bothered to shop there any more.
It?s not the staff, it?s what the staff are told to do.

Really helpful staff. When I asked if they had small bottle of a new shampoo (which they didnt), they offered me samples in little pots to take home.

Great store. Prices can be much lower here than regular, as happens so often Olive Body Butter doesn't get the best discounts. Plus ca change.

I was looking for vegan perfumes and body sprays. Once I'd asked the shop worker about the difference between the vegan and vegetarian products, she helped me find a scent that I liked by collecting all the vegan options together for me to try. She went over and above to give me a great shopping experience and a product I will I will buy again and again. She was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her products and the mission of the shop to go completely vegan by 2023.
