Not the best Tesco express experience unfortunately. Staff was so rude in helping me with finding at item as I?m visually impaired. Left feeling very anxious, i just left my basket on the floor that was full of groceries and exited the store.

The old staff were lovely but unfortunately most have been replaced by young inexperienced, arrogant staff members. The part time manager Laura thinks she?s is irreplaceable and behaves in an arrogant mannor being offensive and argumentative with customers. I am a disabled customer myself and she antagonises me every time I enter the store while she is at work . I will not use the store again as the staff have gone down hill , the prices have gone up the hill and I have no reason to shop there now . Vile behaviour
