Despite shopping at this store several times a week for years I received a parking charge whilst I shopped - I may never return

Very bad, my daughter went to buy some things as I was not able to, he card was declining even though she had money in her account, all the staff did was stare and judge her, she's 14 and has social anxiety sort it out, she's refusing to go back there, as there was no help at all, just being judged by 3 staff members.

Dave at tesco Brewers Lane Bridgend went further than an extra mile to help me in a search for a specific item. What a credit to the tesco organisation. The item was unavailable but Dave managed to find some. You are the man DAVE?

This is for Tesco Extra Bridgend
Came home to find my wife in tears. She had been to Tesco Bridgend and bought groceries as we do often. One item she bought had a security tag, a tent, but the staff member was unable to remove it.
The security guard asked for the receipt but it was in one of several bags and couldn?t be found.
Now all he needed to do was scan my wife?s club card or go to the checkout and print out a copy of the receipt and he would have seen the tent was paid for.
Instead he embarrassed her by treating her as a thief.
The duty manager was called who also failed to print out a copy of the receipt. He stood there and allowed this loud interrogation of my wife to continue. By now other shoppers were watching and my wife felt humiliated.
She left the store and walked to her car. She is a small woman, by herself, and the security guard followed her and threatened her into handing over the tent, which she had paid for. He stole it as legally it was hers, she had paid for it.
My wife said she felt scared, the man was threatening that she could not leave until she handed over the tent which she had paid for. She gave it to him because by then she felt scared, threatened, humiliated and embarrassed.
Somehow finding strength she went back into the store and asked that the receipt be reprinted. Another staff member then said that was easy to do. She did it and it showed the tent had been paid for. My wife was treated dreadfully by a bully, and it could so easily have been sorted quietly and politely.
But the security guard made a choice to bully and threatened a defenceless woman, small, in her 50s, who was alone. That behaviour can never be the correct action to take.
Even after being shown the tent was paid for, he still didn?t apologise. Actually he told her she was banned because after what she had been put through she did tell him he was wrong to do what he did.
My wife was scared. She has trouble sleeping now. No apology has come from Tesco or the store even though I went there and complained.
I worked for Tesco which is why, out of loyalty, we both shop there. We won?t any more.

One till that you can pay with cash.. a multi-million pound business and cant afford to have proper working scanners. Facilities are shocking. Staff were unhelpful. Probably never shop here again tbh.

Aisles too narrow, too many online store shoppers, they clog up the aisle and are quite ignorant
