It was not a good experience,I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a new phone to replace my Samsung Z flip4, which was days out of warranty . It had suddenly, after an update, developed a green line on screen and was displaying a black screen when opened. I depend on my phone to monitor my diabetic freestyle libre 2.
The Tesco salesperson accused me of dropping my phone or immersing it in water, both of which weren't true. I wasn't looking for a repair as I'd purchased it from Samsung and knew it was just out of warranty. He told me it was the worst flip phone that Samsung had ever made. Then he suddenly dismissed me and rudely walked off. I'd asked for advice before this on two phone's I was interested in, and no helpful information was given. The phone I was very interested in had a deal on it. He also failed to mention the deal would be off by mid day the following day. After leaving the store upset by his treatment I decided not to return and to order online. Unfortunately, to my dismay, the offer had expired. We have been tesco mobile sim customers for many years as a family.

Upgraded my phone on Monday the lovely Roy served me. Extremely helpful knowledgeable and so polite. Couldn't fault him. Went back today as a senior lady not phone savvy wanted to put my Google bar on front of screen. Well the not so pleasant manager was sitting doing nothing. Asked him if he could help and his remark was you could of googled how to do this. It took him at least 5 seconds to do it. He needs to act like a manager

Extremely variable. Some staff are very helpful, willing to talk you through anything that you're stuck on, always smiley and keen to help. The nicest people you could meet. Others can be curt, dismissive and too damn idle to get out of their own way. One insolent one advised me to go and google the answer to a simple question about my phone that actually took 10 seconds to answer. Another declined to help me raise the volume on the call tone, saying it's probably about on its maximum. Didn't listen to it to check. It was on half volume.

Bought apple iPhone for my son birthday.Tesco after service is absolutely disgusting new phone had to be repaired.unfortunately when we received the repair Back from Tesco service department we immediately tried to contact customer service literally took one week before Tesco got back only to say we need to have the phone repaired again.I wanted to refund of new iPhone not a refurbished phone when we had the second phone back again only to find it was in such terrible condition the phone was kaputt litigation Tesco service didn?t do anything literally Tesco after Sales not recommended paid for new phone that didn?t work only to have a refurbished one that don?t work

My wife and I are not phone savvy so we rely on advice from those who are. We went here to urgently replace my wife's damaged business phone. There were no other customers and the manager and two assistants were idle. We found them to be unfriendly, uninformative, arrogant, disinterested and decidedly unhelpful. As a result, choosing a new phone was a very unpleasant experience.
Each of us would have left without buying one had our need not been urgent.
If you want an expensive way to be made to feel like a worthless nuisance this is a very good place to go
