Used the drive through today (10/06/24) and when ordering at the speaker, the server didn?t hear me correctly and instead of asking what I said she shouted the question again with attitude. When I got to the window I was served my drink and the server didn?t say a word to me. I wouldn?t normally leave a negative review but the server, who?s name was Ellie, made the experience so uncomfortable that I felt I had to.

They don?t seem to have the money to fix their dishwasher. It's been out of order for months. Apparently it?s being fixed tomorrow, said that last time too. Disposable cups and food in a paper bag. Not a great customer experience.

Nice coffee but need more staff

Great coffee shop! We were served quickly and sat inside to have some shade. The tables were clean and there was plenty of room for the pram. There were quite a few people drinking coffee and the atmosphere was good.

Don?t know why every time Iv been here we can not have a cup we have to have a take out cup, could just use drive through if I wanted a take away coffee, also young girls acting very childish on head phones

Starbucks is extremely dirty and does not appear to be cleaned regularly. However, the staff is exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist.

This place needs knocking down, it not nice , toilets are disgusting, tables not clean, service is not good, coffee was warm,, I like hot coffee just a plan old hot coffee, if I wanted a ice coffee I would have ask for one,
My wife took the coffee back and said this is not hot, all they said what you want us to do about that is how it comes,
I like Starbucks and there coffee but it looks like it's going down hill ,, come on starbucks let's have the service we want, Good coffee and service,,

I'm not a coffee drinker, and only went to meet 2 friends. The tea is only just drinkable.I won't going there again any time soon. This is the 2nd occasion that the tea is poor at your establishment.
