I called here early one morning to have a coffee. I see the facilities first which was awful. I am a cleaner and these toilets have not been cleaned in a long time, the floor was cleaner out side on the pavement. The toilets were stained smelly and covered in faeces. The washing facilities I did not use I rather not the sink was full of grime. No toilet paper at all the toilet brush should be thrown. With this in mind I did not stay for coffee as I always work in the kitchen in my job, I saw it as if your toilets are like this for the public, I dread to see your kitchen

This Starbucks is rarely well stocked. Tea selection is awful compared to everyone other Starbucks. The baked goods selection is usually half empty and it's the same whatever day of week. Staff are poorly trained and too busy on headsets to serve customers standing in front of them

Placed order twice had to go to counter to rectify order ie.wrong item then missing item staff staring rudely constantly no apology won't be returning to this branch

I?ve spent a lot of time here and enjoy the experience just fine. I like how spacious the store is. However, *every single time* I visit the toilets are disgusting. I?ve never seen anything like it. What?s going on??

Well what can I say went her for coffee with my daughter after she failed her theory test.
She was a mess having a breakdown really upset her.
The lovely lady serving made a point to come over to us gave her a chocolate coin and said chin up girl it can only get better. Then took 5 minutes to just chat and make her feel better.
Sorry I didn?t get your name but what a lovely thing to do so kind. Thank you so much.
Starbucks this girl is a credit to you.

Called in not long before close as the team was giving the place a deep clean now I see the magic to keeping the place so tidy.
Customer service by Abbi I think her name was and shortly after taking my order the till system went down like a boss Abbi smiled we laughed about it and got on with making the order.
