I recently had a hall stairs and landing carpet installed by Raven and I was really disappointed with the service we received. Once the job was completed the fitter left lots of cut offs around the whole house, he used my sons toy box to cut a gripper leaving saw dust all over his carpet, we found 11 nails in total left on the floor as well as a vape who belonged to the fitter and a bottle cap from the carpet spray. I was gobsmacked seeing the mess they had made. Whilst it isn?t the job of the fitter to put the hoover around as such they should not be leaving nails on a carpet, saw dust in a child?s bedroom, the cutting should be done outside and certainly not a vape - disgusting!We rang and spoke to someone at raven expressing concern of safety and they said they?d speak to the fitter but that was it.I had to make 2 requests for a receipt of payment and this took a month to arrive.Needless to say I won?t be a returning customer or recommending Raven to anyone!!

Absolutely fabulous from measuring to fitting can not fault everyone at raven flooring. Great customer service, advise and even the price was brilliant. Will definitely use them again for the rest of the house and recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much

Called for a quote, came out a site visit, received a quote same day.Went to the showroom and chose the floor covering, staff couldn't do enough to help, even let us borrow samples. Fantastic service.

2 bedrooms completed in wood flooring in less than 1.5 hours. Well impressed and the floors look like they took hours to do.

Had carpet fitted by ravens today and I love it so much, the boys were amazing and refitted some living room carpet we had fitted previously and also did an amazing job at our stairs, when Steve come out to measure he explained everything to us and found what size runner would suit us the most! Thank you so much, we will deffo use ravens again! Even Reggie approves??

After 2 years of searching he managed to achieve the impossible. My lino is perfect & I'm so happy. I would recommend them wholeheartedly!

Extremely satisfied with the new flooring. Steve is an extremely honest, friendly bloke. The customer service is excellent. Raven are by bar the best value in terms of money and quality. Would (and have) recommend to anyone.
