Great place, walking distance to the designer village. Miller and Carter next door. Rooms are tastefully decorated, bathroom very clean. Breakfast amazing, lots of choice for everyone.

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Bridgend Central, and my experience was fantastic from start to finish! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing work stay. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around with a restaurant and Sainsbury?s in close proximity.
A special thank you to Lauren at the reception?she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. From the moment I arrived, Lauren was incredibly helpful, ensuring my check-in was smooth and answering all of my questions with a smile. Her warm and friendly attitude truly set the tone for a pleasant stay.
I highly recommend Premier Inn Bridgend Central for anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere. Thanks again to Lauren for making my visit memorable!

Fantastic Hotel, we stayed in the Novotel hotel Cardiff before coming down which is meant to be a 4 star, this premier Inn has to be 100% better nice friendly staff and the breakfast is lovely.

A superb hotel.
We came from the Mercure at Swansea which was awful and this was the complete opposite.
Service - excellent, welcoming and genuinely interested in their guests
Rooms (Premier Plus) Clean modern and quiet with good sized TV
Food - breakfast, beautifully cooked to order

Room was full of flies as I'm in Housekeeping business myself and have been for 32 years the room wasn't cleaned to specification!!!
Shower door all water marks hairs in sink yuk!!

Bathroom mirror totally not cleaned hair crips on the floor i could literally go on!!
So much for a good nights sleep we were right next to the main door which i understand people coming or going!!
All i can say staff in the breakfast area was friendly and cooked breakfast was good downside along 40 minute wait on the Sunday morning for it.
Wont be staying here again I've stayed in many premier inn all over uk this has to be the worst.
Really needs a good deep clean!!!!

Lovely comfortable and clean. Shops, petrol station and food a 3 minute walk away, perfect overnight stop over point. Hdmi point in rooms so bring your PlayStation or fire stick.

Nice room but very expensive for what you are getting. No extractor fan in the bathroom which is very odd as room fills up with steam after a shower. The most disgusting breakfast I have ever had the misfortune to be served up. Have eaten in Premier inns before and food wasn't bad but this place takes the biscuit for poor quality food.

This hotel is located just off the motorway, and right next door to a supermarket, restaurants, a cinema and the MacArthur Glen Shopping Outlets.
The hotel is not new, but despite looking a bit tired outside has had a recent refurbishment inside, and the Premier Plus rooms whilst not the largest we've stayed in have all the features you'd expect.
BUT - and it's a massive but.. the staff here are just fabulous. Friendly, welcoming and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. It is genuinely like staying with friends, and a special mention to Linda and Sharon in the breakfast room, who are just wonderful. Even though we didn't have our room cleaned during our stay, the ladies were so helpful fixing our coffee machine and again, couldn't be more helpful.
We would absolutely stay here again - it may not have a sea view, but it's not far from most things you could need. It makes a great centre for a short break, and a nice place to come back to. Very comfortable, a great night's sleep. Thanks so much everyone for a lovely weekend!

Rooms are very good for price but the only downside is that they aren?t very spacious. Food is extremely delicious, however eggs are very greasy and you can only get sides you have to wait for food.

Stayed here many times here for work, however this time the room door wouldn't open unless a master key was used and it couldn't be fixed, i ended up propping the door open with a remote control so I could come and go. Staff were very apologetic and tried their best to resolve the issue.
