I had to move from my previous property due to structural issues and so was desperate to find a new house. I found one through Porters and I have to say they were amazing throughout the application. I also had some issue on my end with the application, which was quite stressful but I was reassured that all would be fine the stress was taken away by the hard work and effort from the staff at Porters. Namely Liz Wright who was excellent!

Carlsberg don't do property agents but if they did... all I can say is thank you so much to Liz, Sherrie and the team at Porters, Bridgend. From start to finish, the whole process went smoothly, the team was professional and courteous, very knowledgeable and helpful throughout, and at one of the most stressful times in my life, Porters made the whole process of finding my new home an absolute breeze, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Porters to any prospective home buyer, seller, landlord or Tennant. Porters have been managing my rental properties for many years and I have always found them to be excellent. They communicate very well with me and with the tenants and they take care of any issues that arise with the properties quickly and efficiently, always keeping me well informed and involved in any decisions that may need to be made.On the few occasions that a tenant has left one of my properties Porters have found good new tenants and I think that their fees for managing a change of tenancy with a new contract etc. are quite reasonable. The last tenant that left after some years in one of the properties told me that he was very happy with the way that it was managed by Porters and that they responded quickly and effectively to any issues that he raised.They have also been excellent at keeping abreast of all of the changes required by the Welsh government, giving me good advice and taking care of practical changes such as the fitting of mains powered smoke detectors.I don?t need to worry about any regular maintenance requirements such as annual Gas Safety Certificates because Porters take care of everything.To summarise, I highly recommend Porters to any Landlord and to anyone that may be considering renting a property that?s managed by them.

Porters were amazing, I lived in one of their managed properties for nearly 4 yrs and they made my time in Wales so easy from a housing point of view. The rent was affordable. They were attentive to my requests for maintenance. They were courteous to me in all their engagements. Their communication was fantastic when updating me on the progress of any queries I had. Took over £300 out of the deposit. It was cleaner when we moved out than when we moved in. I've been renting for 20 years and never lost a single penny from a deposit. Can't recommend obviously
