Really disappointed with our order. Nachos were stale and Pizzas are SO dry and tasteless! I don't even think they had passata on the bases. £60 order for our sons birthday and it's gone in the bin. Avoid.

Don't order from here. Delivery time kept being pushed back in the app so we called to ask when we'd receive it, was told they didn't have enough delivery drivers and food was ready but no one to deliver. They admitted food was getting cold so we asked to cancel they said can't do that and not their problem food was now cold. How this place is still open is beyond me.

If i could give a zero i would as a 1 star is too generous. Food arrived cold, Called up to explain and was told to call customer services to sort the issue out, Asked for their contact number and was told that it's on the app, Checked app...Couldn't find it, Checked Google, Couldn't find it. Absolutely disgusting service which i will not be using again. This is not a 1 off either as you can see from the other reviews...

I had really bad experience today I ordered my food by using deliveroo 15/12/2024 at 21:10 and the driver he driver drive down to pick up the order and one Indian guy he don?t want to give the food to driver so after that he maybe give to someone he knows I don?t know and I received my pizza and other stuff very cold and i never order from Pizza Hut Bridgend because of that service please give the training because i don?t want to pay and receive my food cold and I phone this guy he start to talk to me rude

Having been a loyal customer for a few years and never had a wrong order, but tonight I did, £24.99 fir a medium pizza and 2 dips, will never use Pizza Hut again!!

Loved the food and my collection was right on time. Would definitely recommend getting the triple cheese blend on deep pan crust! A large pizza was enough for two adults

I rang asking can I order for collection . The 20th of may 2024 at 23.30 pm.They listen and hang up?. Not a sorry we don't do that . Or sorry we are closed. Or yes what would you like.Absolutely pathetic customer service.
