Took my dog to be groomed, £55 later only for him to smell the exact same 25 minutes later. I contacted the staff and they offered a free de-shed next time. Absolutely never again.

Went there when we picket up our 11 week old Labrador, he?s now 16 weeks. The staff were absolutely wonderful, couldn?t do enough for us and made sure we had all the freebees for our new puppy. So much so that we regularly stock up our pup and cat food, toys, harness, leads, bowls, shampoo. Thank You Pets at Home.

Good size store with average stock levels, difficult to find staff to help with locating items and layout a little confusing for me with dog products in two areas of the store initially making it look as though the product I needed wasn't sold there.
