I can't thank Aimee enough for all the hard work and passion she puts into this job. I have recently started renting via Peter Alan after a relocation from Merseyside to Bridgend for work. Stressed and let down on other applications, I called Peter Alan and was assisted by Aimee from start to finish. She understood the urgency to find a property and was even in contact on her days off to put us at ease and give us updates. What a level of customer care! Thank you again Aimee. We used Peter Alan both as our estate agent and mortgage broker and we couldn?t have asked for better. Kyle the mortgage broker was amazing, as first time buyers he talked us through all our options and found us the most suitable deal. Throughout the purchase no problem was too big or small for him. Shauna our contact throughout the purchase was so helpful and always kept us updated throughout. We can?t thank you both enough for helping us purchase our first home!

Viewed a property with Matt. He was prompt and a really lovely guy to deal with. He was able to answer all of our questions and was professional throughout. Decided to go ahead with purchase after viewing. We have used Peter Alan previously for mortgage advice and have never had anything but good things to say. Would highly recommend.

Disappointing experience with Peter Alan Bridgend lettings. Viewings booked and then cancelled without a message, I would've been stood up after a substantial drive if I didn't call to confirm on the day. Felt like I had to chase things up a lot and was constantly told I'd be called back, which never happened. Second viewing - staff wasn't particularly knowledgeable about the property or area, was told I'd get a call to discuss making an offer which never happened. Overall, I felt the experience was made more stressful and more difficult than necessary. Have not had this experience with other lettings agents in the Connells group.

My husband and I are very pleased with the service received so far in the sale of our property. Sophia mort has been both efficient and patient in listening to us as clients. Ms mort has kept us up to date after each viewing, always on time and is still there for us during the completion of our sale. Although we have yet to complete we can only praise the customer care received to date.

From the initial viewings of properties with Joe and Sam, who were absolutely brilliant - very patient, understanding and knowledgeable, through to Sapphira and Victoria who took over once a property was found and kept the momentum going through to completion, making sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to be doing in a timely fashion! Very competent and friendly and always responded to my calls and emails without delay.
