Went in today for a look and my god it was filthy dust everywhere tissue all over the floor the staff that where there was just standing round felt very dirty and run down

NOT Disabled friendly! Visited the Bridgend store on 3 occasions over last 6 weeks and the lift is constantly out of order! As all mens clothing is on 1st floor and also click & collect, therefore excluding me from shopping. Staff (if you can find any) are not interested and say it's out of their control! Should be ashamed. Sort yourselves out.

Products were great.Went to click and collect. Kept waiting in cold for 15 mins as they couldn't find previous customers items. Finally got served by scruffy staff member with no customer service skills.I work in the hospital and throughout the pandemic myself and my colleagues have been smart, professional, kind and curteous. If we can be that whilst patients cough all around us I can't understand why shop staff behind a barrier are allowed to be discourteous.

This Next store is one of the worst Ive been to.They never have stock available for men's clothes in my size. Same ol', "we can order one in!!", response everytime. I can order online from home whilst sat on the sofa in my pants... when I come in store It would be nice to leave with the goods especially after battling with the horrendous traffic around the retail park and going through the effort of putting some clothes on and getting off the sofa. Another example of why the high street is dying on its' arse.

Had a message to pick up a parcel, came home to find 1 of the items not included, it has been sent in a separate parcel and have to pick it up tomorrow in store, why did they not say that in the first place would have saved myself another trip.
