Food never turned up. Rang them 20+ times. Only ordered from here in desperation. because Wai Chan wa closed. Surprised they?re only 3* because their food is as disgusting as their service.

Terrible place. Took 2 hours to deliver. No answer on the phone, called literally 45 times. Cold food. Very rude delivery driver. Avoid at at all costs

Terrible experience ordered food (3 items) over 2 ago and I?m still waiting!!! tried ringing 13 times as delivery said it would be here half hour ago but no answer!!!!!

At the first time I ordered of takeaway to collect the meal very friendly service and the food was spot on brilliant in fact amazing but I don't know why people are putting it down with this takeaway god knows they're swear is worst Chinese in Bridgend town is a big head scratching to me. Is absolutely nonsense what people say. Second time I ordered of them is been brilliant as well I ordered delivery so they not sure my address so they phoned me for double checked. And I said I bit low on cash they give me 5% off to order you won't get better then that. Payment with card is a breeze when I go and collect the meal at the first time. With the delivery service spot on the menu and the bloke was very friendly too and the food was nice and warm as always is big top marks from me and the big thumbs up ? (THANK YOU FOR YOUR FOOD AND YOUR SERVICE) I certainly go there again and again and again..........................

I oder food from there tonight I asked for beef fried rice and they give me egg fried rice instead of doing my oder correct...the food was so bland. chips don't even taste great eithet and I won't be having food from there again it was absolutely disgusting

Went to bingo in Bridgend, and was hungry so fancy a Chinese as this was only one open so thought we give it a go , my god how wrong was we ,chicken curry was horrible and tasted of pepper and no curry taste, pancake roll was un eatable as the curry was , the owner that took our order was ignorant and did not smile or say thank you and when we got home to the Rhondda our clothes was smelling of dirty fat and we both had to have a shower as soon as we got in , could not eat food it went straight in the bin , this shop needs to have a visit of the food inspectors, did not want to give any stars but could not leave a review without giving one star, so I would give this shop -0 star if I could PLEASE AVOID

Did a telephone order. Took a while for them to answer the phone. Advised it would be 30 minutes for delivery took nearly 2 hours to deliver and when it was delivered they had told us the wrong price on the phone so as we only had enough for what they told us they took the food away as so that delivery staff didn?t get charged the extra

WONT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE AGAIN I should have read the reviews first. The food was not cooked properly and was cold ordered and paid for the chicken chow mein but none delivered and the Prawn curry was like water this was last Sunday tried to phone up on Sunday it was closed after we received delivery over an hour late at 12:20 am it was not open on Monday so phoned up on Tuesday and complained it seemed that they did not care and not even offered a Refund cost £41 worst £41 I have ever spent will never recommend stay well away cant even give them a star for food or service
