Great bathrooms and surrounds (tiles and PVC boards)Great selection, we went for the Phoenix collection.Amazing price (because of really good discount!)Trusted them with my order and also helped with design features!Unfortunately we encountered a problem with ordering an additional item (around £80) they weren't too accommodating...Spent over £3000 and because they didn't advise me about this item, then became annoyed about it costing them under £100 to sort it and that if they kept it it could become damaged and unsellable...Good service, amazing products, shame about the animosity about the one small product under £100... really gutted because friendly throughout and had a great experience till then!Would recommend, but slightly annoyed about that one issue!

Not only did I get a great deal on top quality (new fully waterproof acrylic flooring) the sales lady, Hannah was amazing. Her efforts to ensure I had the right colour, advise for my floor layer, on cutting and connecting, we?re first class.What a 100 percent satisfied service I was given. Highly recommended
