Very poor service even when you can eventually find a member of staff. Complete indifference from the lady customer advisor when i tried to buy a suit. Id def recommend avoiding this store.

I visited the store over the weekend in search of a suit for a family funeral. Upon arrival, I asked a staff member for assistance, who then referred me to a colleague as she was currently occupied. Unfortunately, the colleague I was directed to did not appear particularly welcoming and came across as disinterested.
I inquired about a specific size that wasn?t available on the rack. After checking the system, she confirmed the size was in stock in the back. While she did go to look for it, it felt as though doing so was somewhat of an inconvenience to her. Ultimately, she was unable to locate the item but did mention that it could be ordered online for next-day delivery. However, her overall demeanor made it seem as though even that suggestion was reluctantly offered.
I decided to browse a bit more before leaving the store and later placed the order online through the Moss website. This is the first negative experience I've had with Moss, and I hope it was simply an off day for the staff member involved.

Went into store today to get a prom suit for my son. It was pretty busy yet all the staff were fantastic. There was a great selection and the staff were more this happy to look in the stockroom if necessary. A shout out to Bethan, who although rushed off her feet, was smiling, helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. She checked the length of my son's trousers and gave us advice re keeping the suit that we purchased crease free. A really great store with lovely staff. Thank you.

Wedding Tuxedo.
Visited the store in Bridgend McArthur Glen and formally ordered a Ted Baker Tuxedo to be delivered to the store to try on for my wedding. On the day which I had been told it would arrive I decided to call the store at around 530pm before leaving, lucky for me I did, as I was told that the suit was has not arrived; also it was 5:30pm therefore they had all day to call me but did not. I was told they would contact me when the suit is delivered to store and that was the last I heard from them.

Fantastic experience here! Steph thank you for sorting my husbands jacket out which was the incorrect size. I called this morning, there was a replacement waiting, all swapped over and sorted in minutes. Steph was completely delightful to deal with!

Went into the store today 26/07/2024 at 6:30pm to look for a suit. No other customers were in the store and 2 women working in the store.
The women who originally helped us decided to help another couple in the middle of helping us which then left us with another younger, shorter women to help us.
She went out the back to look for another trouser, gave us the same size trouser that already had on and told us to try on for size then was confused when we said we already have the size on? her reply ?well I don?t understand what I?m looking for?.
Asked to try on the whole suit to see how it all looks, she acted as if this was the first time anyone has ever requested to do this? in a suit shop.
Her attitude was so bad we just gave up and left the store.
Some people are really not made for customer service roles, which is completely fine. I think she would be better suited in a role such as a debt collector or a traffic warden as she has the perfect customer service skills to excel in those roles.

Popped in to get a suit for a wedding , nothing was too much for Juan , measured me up and with 30 mins I had a very sharp new suit with waistcoat shirt & tie . Tireless & professional and very experienced. What a fabulous 5 star service . I can Highly recommend Moss Bros Bridgend in The McArthur Glen shopping outlet .

We booked an appointment and the store was Unprepared. We had said we wanted to hire black tux for our wedding. They didn?t have all the same black suit and said that we had to try on blue trousers for the right size even though we were getting a black tux. When we decided to hire the suit the ones we had tried on were not for hire and they were only to buy?? There was no warmth from the service or friendly ness. Not good for wedding suits.

We went into the store today to try on some sizes as we've been struggling to find a green suit in my partners size. The lovely gentleman at the til explained there were only 3 left in the UK in that colour and size and said he's try and order it in but then Anna found one out the back. Anna was so incredibly helpful measuring my partner, giving advice and her opinion on different options and advising a one inch alteration to the trousers. We can't recommend this store enough. Anna and the gentleman at the til (apologies didn't get his name) were incredibly helpful! Thank you team, we walked away with the entire suit, tie and shoes for my future husband!

The customer service in the shop was bad enough to never come back. We came to get suit measurements as required by another moss bros elsewhere. The shorter woman of the two was barely helpful but had the worst attitude, both of us left the shop feeling extremely dissatisfied. Some people just should not work in retail.

The three ladies working at the store last night 20/05/2024 were obviously not the least bit interested in us as customers. Heaven forbid I asked if they provided a measuring service. It was clearly far too much work for them, as they were engrossed in private conversation. It may have been toward the later part of the evening, however, if you are open until 8 pm then thats what time you provide a service until. Its not that Ive just decided to come out at this time, the fact is that I've been working myself and this is the only opportunity I have. Subsequently, my son was informed that there wasn't anything in his size, however, there were another two suit shops further up within the designer village. We therefore went to visit one of the other suit shops, where we not only spent over £200.00 but had the most incredible service where nothing was too much trouble.
Interestingly, whilst at the other shop there were two other customers who had received the same experience at Moss Bros, with one of the customers telling me that the three ladies couldn't be bothered if they were in the shop or not!!
Sorry Moss Bros, you lost out on sales of three customers last night who between us spent £££'s!! If this isn't the job for you, then give someone else the opportunity.

Awful service, expected a lot better from a chain but the staff were just plain rude. Walked outside and went a few doors down and ended up having 5 star service instead.
