Very tasty food !

It was very quiet, only one car in front in the drive thru but we were given drinks and told to park up. Nearly 10 minutes later the food arrived at slow walking pace. Not very warm and poor quality with no apology for the wait.

Drive thru very slow. So much for fast food took over 30 minutes waiting for food despite being in a hurry. Should have gone to a proper restaurant!

Typical McDs food and drink. Service is terrible. Twice now and they've got the orders wrong even after checking at pay window and collection window. Had to park up in the busy little car park and go back in to put it right.

Ordering through the drive through was like pulling teeth ok fair enough it's a minimum paying job. Requested no salad recived salad drinks 3/4 full no bacon on burger, burgers and fries lukewarm fries were like cardboard this will be my last purchase at this location as this isn't the first time I've had issues.

a joke, staff are lazy. i needed to speak to a staff member since they messed up my order and i was ignored since they were all stood around chatting, BEYOND a joke. management needs to sort it out

Every time you go through the drive through. Your asked to park up. No cars behind you. Not necessarily busy. Waits very depending on how busy it is. It could be out in 2 minutes. I have gone back in after 20 minutes and cancelled my order. Pencoed is run badly. And their system doesn?t work.
