staff clearly are overwhelmed, order machines weren't working for the happy meal orders. I approached a member of staff who told me a manager would be with me , 10 mins later I asked another member of staff who pointed me to order at the till, there was no staff here atall , all to busy with the drive through orders rather than providing customer service to the customers inside the restreraunt

The order was ages being prepared only 5 people were eating in and 2 cars in the drive through . The girl who delivered the meal to us had a face like a slapped arse, got the impression she didn't want to be there. Order was wrong missing half of one of the meals, went to the counter to sort it out but felt as if were imposing on her time . Food wasn't really warm we just ate and left.
Definitely not like it used to be in there won't be going back that's for sure .

Waiting 20 mins for order which came without chips which was another wait and had to ask twice. Terrible attitude and disappointing wait. Won't be going there again ?

Not being funny but I paid for my breakfast at 10.40 and it is almost 12 they have been saying they have had trouble but it don?t happen often I still haven?t received my food

Dirty cluttered tables. Ordered food, and asked for tables to be sorted. Nothing haappened, my food number was called, so i asked that staff member for tables to be sorted. Waited a few minutes, again nothing happened so sat on the bench type seat. Staff members who should be sorting the tables were chatting. Very poor experience, 7th March 10-04.

I ordered breakfast with delivery to the car, this took 30 minutes. In that time 4 delivery drivers had their orders readied.
After all that, my latte was cold.
