I have spent nearly 1 day trying to sort out a query, spoke to several people also hung on the phone lines for half a day, tried using online app contact us. This is just sending me around in a circle I I I I have tried e mailing lloyds disputes comes back with error.At present on the phone holding again to speak to someone. Yesterday I completed an on linesurvey giving them 1 star very annoyed 74 year old.

The Anti social behaviour in Bridgend Town is terrible and it is putting me off going out. I want Bridgend to be more safe. please tell everyone to keep Bridgend safe.

Terrible customer service. Vicky who works there on customer services should really re think her position in customer services. Very rude and not helpful in any way. And just lying to customers.

Some of the staff should attend a customer service course as the female assistant was abrupt and unwelcoming this morning. Pointing out that the service that I required should be done online, although not every customer is able to do this. No wonder most other banks have left the Bridgend area ,when customers are being discouraged from using in branch services.

Called in Bridgend branch to transfer money. Young man at desk was very helpful, pleasant and professional. Didn?t catch his name and wish I did as he deserves some recognition.
