Jhoots more like Jokes.Phoned up multiple times in the morning as I need to have a repeat prescription done but they need the NHS email from the surgery as the woman from CHAMS said ?if you could give them a ring as every time I ring nobody answers? which is fair enough so I rang and rang and got the same appalling service as the CHAMS councillor has had. I still needed the Email so I could receive my prescription and physically stood in the pharmacy and rang the number and listened to the phone ring and ring while the staff ignored it. I asked the woman at reception for the NHS email and she said we don?t give out the email and I explained that it was for the CHAMS councillor so she could email over my emergency prescription instead of me having to wait but the woman on the desk wouldn?t have it so I called the CHAMS councillor and asked her to speak to the woman as the woman was refusing as I was on the phone the woman shouted at me and my dad ?if you can?t keep the noise down your going to have to go outside!? We were just standing there talking to my councillor on the phone and even the councillor on the phone said ?How are they allowed to speak to you like that, she just spoke to you as if your in school? the councillor tried to explain to the lazy woman in the pharmacy but she wouldn?t have any of it, I wish that I got the woman?s name because that is the most disgusting service I have possibly ever received from anywhere. She should be ashamed of herself, they are there to help you and are not they couldn?t care less. I have Anxiety and this woman made me feel worse than when I went in, the pharmacist with short brown hair and glasses will be happy to insult your intelligence if you go to this pharmacy but I certainly won?t be going here again.

shocking service 10TH MONTH IN A ROW MY SCRIPT ISNT READY! loses my scripts all the time , MAJOR lack of organisation and lack of thought for their patient list ? think a complaint needs to be made to lloyds company themselves ! Its shocking messing with peoples health

I won't be going to this pharmacy again. They always have long wait times and rude staff. This isn't just on one occasion. Today just made my day even harder after the surgery messed up my prescription then to go in the pharmacy to be told to take it to tesco because they aren't accepting any more!

Absolutely appaling service! After phoning, was told that my prescription would be ready on Thursday. So I went to pick it up on Friday. There was a half hour wait to get served, then I had to wait a further 40 minutes for my items to be handed to me and even then, 2 items were missing. No apologies for the poor service. I'll never use them again.

Quite possibly the slowest pharmacy in the area for dispensing repeat prescriptions. My families prescriptions are very rarely complete even if you wait longer than the required processing period to collect them. Wait times are often ridiculous. I would not recommend them to anyone.Badly managed and organised, come on Lloyds you can do better.

My husband went today, Dec 29th, to collect the last bits of his prescription that the chemist didn't have last week, that wasn't the problem, we understand that they are not always able completely fulfill the script. The problem was with a ladys attitude towards my husband. He handed the script over to a lady, he described her as a short lady with long grey hair. She asked if he could wait for it to which is said yes and he asked her how long it take. This is where the bad review come into play!! Her response was "it takes as long as it takes!!" Now I know she maybe having a bad day however that does not excuse the very rude response to a simple question!
