Fantastic experience with Kitchen and Bathroom dreams right from the very start of the process. Always available for a conversation and able to have a discussion about any query we had about our new kitchen.
The whole process was, excuse the pun, but a dream from the initial contact, to measuring, to ordering, and then to fitting and completion. Everything was explained to us right from the outset with nothing hidden or not mentioned.
The kitchen has been fitted to the highest possible standard and the guys could not do enough for us, going above and beyond with the work that was completed.

Inconsistent workmanship - from poor to pretty good.
Incomplete project - this organisation's own work plan (a 3 month plan, fully costed at an eye watering amount of cash!!!) - fell approximately 30% short of completion - but still charged full project cost ...
Very average site skills - that can best be described as 'DIY-esque' - not inspiring in the least ... We still have many issues that we are systematically rectifying ourselves.
Nice guys, but performed totally out of their depth ... Would NOT recommend!!!

Rob and Lee have installed our kitchen and bathroom over the last few years. Great guys to deal with. Always turn up when they say and work completed on time and to a very high standard. I have disabled elderly parents, Rob and Lee are always sympathetic to their specific requirements and try to keep any disruption to a minimum. Michelle in the office keeps you informed every step of the way, nothing too much trouble. Always recommend. Always a pleasure to do business with.
