The food is shocking, we had a small bucket meal, they put colesaw in the bag instead of gravy, I had the chicken bites, 2 pieces had sauce over them the rest didn't, the chickens was tiny, just absolutely awful, roll on Burger

Their payment towers not always up to scratch and they are too noisy. Alot of shouting going on. Not nice if you are eating in.also preparation is slow as they are serving on three fronts. Never enough staff.

KFC has very poor service and these people do it very often and we told these people that we want a hot water bottle but they only gave us a cold water bottle and they tell us that you can do whatever you want and these people don't even give a straight answer.

Worst KFC of my life! Was very much looking forward to a chow down in order to relieve my hankering to find I was only met with such a disappointment. The food absolutely salty almost to a point that it's inedible. Even after bathing the chicken in gravy, the salt just cuts through and leaves a bad taste. Prices are already so expensive, e.g, a 'mighty bucket for one' use to be £7ish, now it's £10! And the product gets worse, how can you explain that? Needless to say, I will no longer be returning. This is the first and last time I eat here. Ordered 2 mini fillet chicken snack boxes . Only one piece chicken and chips which came on a tray not in a box as per photo on the ordering screen that showed 2 pieces of chicken . Went to the counter to query and was told that?s how it comes. Explained shows in a box and 2 pieces of chicken . Counter staff looked at me as if I had 2 heads . Then I think may be the guy in charge by the name of Gareth said it?s KFC mate not us we ( no way could he be a manager) we just serve the meals and then told I had attitude yet I was frustrated with the don?t care attitude. I train people in sales and I could clearly see the staff here do not want to work here hence why the place is empty for mid afternoon this explains a lot . To the owner your business is failing due to your staff and poor service and definitely lack of customer satisfaction.Ask your self why your business is empty in a massive shopping outlet?

Food seems to be missing some of the 11 herbs and spices.
Ordered on delivery 2 occasions now and they have given me as many pieces of legs as possible, even though I specified not to do this.
I ordered a 6 piece - I got 5 legs.
I ordered a 4 piece - I got 3 legs.
Who the hell would want that???

No one on drive thru to take order, went to next window where someone who appeared to be the manager said well go back round the girl is going back now.. the drive thru is a ?fast? option for people rushing why should we rejoin the queue? I didn?t buy anything as didn?t want spend more time waiting

Used the drive thru today. Absolutely dreadful meal, the fillet burger was inedible. Chicken was so overcooked it was rock hard. Really disappointed, have eaten inside the restaurant & the food was really good. Not sure what happened today.

Friendly staff, very quick service, most tables were clean. This branch is better than my local so would rather travel to this one!
