Absolutely shocking service 4 times had to wait in for my order and never turned up was then promised delivery today and not turned up again due to not being able to fit down my street yet neighbours have had bigger trucks with deliveries on. Would never think of giving this company my money ever again

Always struggle to get the prices I need compared to other suppliers on my products.Jon is great try his best lads in the yard are hide and seek champions. Took me 20 mins to find 1 recently

Huge thank u to Jewson staffLovely customer service from all the workers??Ryan was very helpful picking the right slabs for my garden ??Helped put sleepers on our van all 20 of them?Richard was a great help on delivery with our slab (he put them neat and tidy on the drive)Definitely go there againrecommend using them ?

Would never use this builders merchants again. Placed an order told it would come Thursday, rang Thursday evening to be told it would be delivered Friday maybe Saturday. Rung Friday to be told it would be delivered the following Monday maybe Tuesday.... once again rung on Monday to have it delivered Tuesday. Once delivery came several items were missing or broke, contacted them and were told that if we wanted the rest of the delivery that we would have to get it from them ourselves. Moral of the story.....go elsewhere.
