Just wish they would have more selection of morning goods

Crosshands store. Better than Gregg's but the pasties I had were stone cold despite being in the display and I suspect the glass in the display counter is rather magnifying, making things look bigger.

Asked for a cheese and tomato pizza. Received a hard bread roll with tomato puree and no cheese. Customer service quick to reply but not to my satisfaction, they required details of when, where, where the pizza was taken from etc. Standard of this bakery has deteriorated over the last few years. Due to this and unsatisfactory customer care, I shall just visit Greggs in future and refrain from Jenkins.

This is the best place to buy pasties and custard slices they are the best custard slices around. The only one downside is that whoever cuts them into size needs stronger glasses as they are never equal .

My family cannot get over how lovely this bakery is and my mum usually comes all the way down just because she wants to go to Jenkins! I bought a goodie bag for them today and my aunt never had a Manchester tart but I brought two up and she could not believe how delicious they were! My partner also loves the corned beef pasties, can't go wrong with this bakery.

Today 22nd June we visited the bakery in The Avenue, llwynhendy, llanelli. As I was giving my order I was taken ill at the counter. Within seconds I was offered water and helped to the seating area. Staff are always welcoming here. I would like to especially thank the staff member who took control of the situation, she didn't panic, she put my husband and I at ease. In fact she was brilliant. Thank you, you went above and beyond what we could have expected. The food was fresh, well displayed and shop very clean.
