Has the things you would use everyday, but pretty much all food which is fine. It's a ghost town in there, I feel as if nobody goes in there, it is a little bit more expensive than Aldi but I think has more of a selection.

Order due between 3 and 5pm did not arrive phoned their number 10 mins before they answered then didn't have a clue when it's going to turn up. First and last time I will use this online shop.

I ordered a shop on the app, and it arrived a bit late, but it was missing 3 items and I looked at the email they sent me, and they only mentioned the one item missing, and offered a refund which is good but The other items were 2x slaps of 24 peppi cans I called them the next day as they delivered at 20 to 9 at night and they said they'll redeliver again that day told me between 2 and 5pm they come at 630 and they didn't even have it on the van and the guy said sorry you'll have to ring them again but its to late agian of cause they close at 6 not happy cuz it's nice weather am the main thing I ordered was them drinks disappointing never had a problem since now they're normally good

Iceland Minted Lamb Chump Chops 300g Peterborough DeliveryI bought 3 packs of these giving me 9 chops (if you can call them chops).each chop's maximum thickness was 1 cm on one side which I would've accepted. However, the other side of the same chop was less than a millimetre thick. It was a sliver(cut screw) and this wasn't just on one chop. It was an all 9 pieces.When I tried to cook them up, the one side was uncooked because it was thick, and the other side was burnt, because it was so thin.I contacted customer services 10 days ago I sent them the photos of the barcodes and the pictures of the chops and I still haven't got a refund for this and it all wound up in the bin. I've bought several shops with ICELAND but I think this is the worst I've ever had especially with regards to customer service getting back to me or refunding me. Not sure I'm going to be shopping with ICELAND because of this whole experience. Both Tesco and ASDA seem to do the same thing with much better quality and at least the chops are evenly cut. It was a really bad experience and I'm now £9 out of pocket

It doesn't seem I'm getting anywhere with trying to talk to someone on the phone. Monday I was due a delivery and the driver turned up with none of my delivery, told me to rearrange it and walked off, I spoke to someone at the local store to rearrange delivery for Tuesday and no one turned up or even called to let me know, I have booked yet another delivery for today but absolutely appalled by the lack of communication

Love the logical way that the store is organised.And the range of frozen foods available.You can find freezers filled with your favourite takeaway brands to stick in your freezer and consume at home all exclusive to Iceland.Brands like Harry Ramsden, Greggs, TGI Fridays have made deals with Iceland and you can purchase them here.This store has super friendly staff and is always well stocked
