Omg what an absolute shower of s**t they've lost my parcel!! Saying they left it in my outbuilding?? I ain't got a bloody outbuilding!! I have tried contacting them via their auto chat !! Which is another shower of ****.......6 days and no response!! I may as well have thrown my money down a drain!! I'm fuming g ???

Seriously tight yard for reversing, usually full of sprinter vans to add to the frustration. Not much room to move at all. Friendly staff, toilets relatively clean

as All before, used them to send a Global shipping parcel via ebay, item has not been collected from me. Used automated chat to find out issue, they say they cannot find me, we are a big company that get delivered to every day by every other courier. I cannot get an answer from Bridgend, my customer is going to be logging this as a missing item soon!!, what do i do

The company never delivers on time and thats if they decide to attempt delivery which today they said they did but i was in the front room all day and again no actual person to contact Hermes are a shambles!! I will actually be contacting any person i am ordering off and requested they not use Hermes or i will purchase from elsewhere. The only parcel delivery service i know that does not actually deliver parcels!

Parcel delivered apparently in a secure place I.e in a suitcase outside my house which was put there with other house hold items to be picked up like my settee and fridge freezer by my local authority refuse company which they did with the parcel Inside the suitcase ? tried to get in touch with the courier but with no luck unless I pay £6 per call but still can't get in touch with them!!!!!
