All at HRT worked hard to support us during our, at times, bumpy sale. Reassuring us, giving advice about how best to present the house and garden, and coordinating viewings for our convenience. As we neared exchange, David supported our understanding of a legal point that unfortunately our solicitor hadn?t taken the time to achieve.
Kim eased communication with all parties involved to progress the sale in despite the many inherent barriers to smooth and clear communication in house transactions in England and Wales.
All were professional throughout but didn?t forget the enormity of the experience for us as a couple. We would highly recommend this Estate Agency.

The best estate agents we have ever had!! From the office staff to the agents that attend the house have been brilliant. From the moment HRT valued our home they provided a complete and comprehensive service. They kept us up to date after each viewing where feedback had been given, not always available as many buyers do not provide any feedback. All staff responded to any request made by ourselves or provided information regarding the sales process. After the initial offer by the buyer was accepted Kim keep both the buyer and ourselves up to speed, even though there were some issues Kim and the HRT team kept us informed in consultation with our solicitors. Overall a great all round team working well together we would highly recommend their service.

I would like to highly commend Dave Waterman and the whole Team at HRT Bridgend for the fantastic service provided during our recent house move. Selling two houses and purchasing our new one all with HRT made life much easier than dealing with multiple agents.
From the first valuation visit by James who was extremely professional, friendly and engaging (he was the reason we chose HRT after initial meetings with 5 different estate agents) through to the wonderful photos and drone video that Dave took which lead to fantastic Instagram and Social Media presence.
Ann & Matt hosted us for viewings and Kim in the office was always available, friendly and efficient for any questions or concerns we had.
Overall, we can only sing the praises of HRT Bridgend (especially securing buyers for both of our houses within two weeks of listing) and we give the highest possible recommendation. Thank you very much from our happy forever home.

We we're impressed firstly by the Instagram Prescence HRT held on social media. The property sold quicky and HRT brought good qualifying clients to our property and we were happy the with the people who finally purchased the property. We would use HRT again in the future.

WHAT AN AMAZING TEAM HRT IS. FROM START TO FINISH THEY TOOK ON OUR PROPERTY TO SELL AND WHAT A GOOD CHOICE WE MADE.
