Excellent service from your staff in the bike department. Booked in for a free check up for our e-bikes and mentioned I had a problem with my back brake. Had it checked and fixed within an hour and they explained exactly why the problem was and how they fixed it. Really happy with the service and more Importantly your staff are

Needed number plates for a Tesla, so had to be aluminium. Halfords sell these and at a price cheaper than online. Staff were very helpful, explaining options and ensuring we had exactly what we needed (thank you, Tristan). Plates were a perfect fit and good quality.

We went into Halfords, Bridgend yesterday. We needed a roof rack and fixings. Oh my what lovely staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. From Kai telling us to speak to Bertie, and Bertie being extremely helpful and then Lucy and another lovely lady who wore a bobble hat, who were like a double act. They helped me a great deal to get exactly what I needed not just selling me something. We were there quite a while but nothing bothered them, they were happy to help.
Please, if you need anything for your car, just go here, they are brilliant
