I've had a couple of repairs carried out by Samuels and have been very happy with the results. The staff have always been really helpful and efficient. They send the item away for a quote, so you know where you are price-wise. I needed a ring attached to a necklace chain that was my mums, and though it was a bit awkward it came back perfect.

Excellent service today from a lady called Lisa. I was only getting some ideas for an upcoming birthday present, as my children were looking at watches, Lisa came over to me to ask if she could offer my children some sweets, which as you can imagine, made them extremely happy. I will definitely be returning.

My husband bought me a white gold topaz and diamond ring in march this year for my birthday, by end of June i noticed a diamond missing i returned it to the shop in Bridgend where they sent it away. in July they said i would have to pay £480 to get it repaired as it must have been my fault, im not happy with this service and we have contacted customer service, for a ring that is 3 months old this should never have happened it was obviously poorly made but they will not accept liability, very disappointed and will never recommend them .
