The staff in Classes , Gym, and behind the desk are super friendly , professional, and extremely helpful. I joined the joint pain programme invitation and all I have to say is it has changed my life for the better . It's given me my life back to move better and uplifted my mindset . I enjoy the dance class, chair fit , stretch and mobilise class , swimming 3 times a week . And meeting in coffee lounge to chat to like-minded people , who I have made friends with a few .
