This greggs is my village local however, I am furious and disgusted with the customer service or lack of for that matter, not only was I shouted at for sitting down the other day after changing my mind about eating in, but today my friend chose a cheese and ham baguette and wanted it heated up but when asking to have it heated up he was told no and that because he didn?t say that before she clicked the button on the till that this wasn?t available, so my friend had to eat a cold baguette but also the worker was extremely rude and arrogant it is a shame that the staff here are so rude

Just went in and ordered food. Very long queue ladies behind counter rolling their eyes. Ordered some stuff asked if the corned beef pasties were hot to be told well its warm. Then asked for a receipt and she said after iv given you your change I a very moody voice. Got outside corned beef pasties freezing!

Greggs its usual gorgeous self! But gutted that they were out of custard slices by 11.45 am!They have been particularly gorgeous for the last 3 weeks!Coz sometimes they're just custard slices, lately they've been AMAZING custard slices!!

Staff are just rude and miserable. Whenever I?ve gone there it?s always the same, miserable staff and the worst ones, the manager and the female older/tall staff member, just rude! The only one that is somewhat happier is the young lad that?s around 5?4/5?5

One of the busiest place when it comes to lunch time, the only bit I disagree to is there are only two POS, and very limited seating capacity. People have to queue up to buy stuff and it?s kind of congested place, the revenue you are getting from such a place has no value in terms of service and atmosphere. Please ,bring some structural changes to the outlet
