My favourite place for that sweet treat. The caramel apples are incredible!!! The owner even helped me out and went out of their way to find my favorite sweet which I can't find anywhere!!! Thanks team Fruity ??

It's about time I wrote this. I had made a contract as of February this year with his company. I was very excited to order the trio towers for my wedding (Which we had in May). I didn't have a whole lot of conformation from the company on the orders or delivery times, nothing. On May 20th (my wedding day) we had no tower. No cakes cookies nothing. Id like to say it ruined my wedding day but I decided to enjoy the day regardless. The hotel was very much kind enough to go out and buy us a Krispy cream tower as a replacement. Something they should not have had to do were it to show up! I had my dad who was meant to be enjoying himself, phoning them 5-6 times throught the evening and myself a few times as well and no reply. Only to find out they are closed on Saturdays! Assuming this is when the majority of Thier deliveries are you think they would have someone available. We finally got hold of the manager a few days later and she continued her investigation. She then said it was an issue with ups and that there was nothing they could do as it would then put of pocket £450! Then putting the blame on me for changing the delivery date on an app I don't have and a day that's not my wedding. I explained that citizens advice have told us that the refund is needed as our contract is with them not ups. This argument went on for about 4months before finally we went to smalls claims court and they finally gave in plus compensation. I am glad that this is over and done with and can finally post this review.

UPDATED REVIEW: Since writing this review, the company has replied to my email saying they didn't see my previous emails and offered to resend me the strawberries, alongside a complimentary Prosseco bottle, which I appreciate. The updated parcel arrived in much better condition (new pictures attached).If I could give a lower star rating than 1, I would do it. Do NOT order from this shop unless you want your strawberries arriving like this (pictures attached). This was not edible, and they threw it in the bin straight away. The strabwrries were old, and the chocolate leaked everywhere, and the pot was dirty.I even tried to do the correct thing and emailed them 3 times(16 Jun, 21 Jun, 28 Jun) as soon as my ordered arrived to ask for a re-issue of the delivery or a refund, before writing this review and they totally ignored me. It's been 2 weeks now with no response, and I'm shocked at the customer service.

Always a lovely and welcoming service from all the staff there. A great variety of sweets, chocolate and cakes all in very decorative and creative packaging. Good value for your money of what you get in the hand picked bag of sweets. I totally recommend the place! Also try out their homemade popcorn because it?s absolutely delicious ? It?s even more fresher than what you get in the cinema.

Had the strawberry bouquet today for my Daughters birthday and it was lush.Strawberries were sweet and juicy (even though it?s not strawberry season, October). The chocolate was stunning as well, think it?s Belgian, nice quality. Very happy!

Such a awful company. I would not rate their service at all.I specifically asked for a delivery date which was a Saturday. I understand now that the company do not deliver on a Saturday. But as per their own terms and conditions they are meant to contact me 48 hours before hand to inform me they cannot deliver on the selected date.I was not contacted at all and they tried to deliver my parcel on a wednesday when it was a gift to give someone on the weekend. Why would I want fresh strawberries on a wednesday when they are meant to be gifted on a sunday? I contacted the company and was advised they tried to contact me across two days but no missed calls or messages left. I offered to provide call logs from my provider but my emails have been ignored. Appalling service do not buy from here. I am out of pocket and have no product. In addition to this my emails have been ignored because they lied!

Thank you for your wonderful platers of strawberries and chocolates prepared for me. They had an amazing effect on the people who received them!!! Everything was great, from the presentation, the card and not in the last place the taste! The size of the strawberries was huge!!! I will not only come back for more but also recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you.

The basket wasn't as I expected at all. The fruit were Aldi quality. I paid £40 for a large delux basket but the basket was way smaller than expected.
