I have to give them one star because they will not do a video viewing apparently they want to see your face even though I live 300 miles away very rude people such a shame for the landlord's because I would have rented several properties in that valley so if you are a landlord consider going with a different agent because your house could have been rented out by now... these people are basically losing landlords money because of their policies that make absolutely no sense there is no other estate agent doing this in mid Glamorgan/Bridgend

My wife just tried to arrange a viewing on a property, as I overheard the conversation the lady on the phone was very direct and blunt, almost to the piont of being rude by stating it is bank holiday weekend and there is no chance of a viewing, maybe a bit of customer service training is needed as this has put off from calling these agents again.

Were unhelpful when trying to find out about a property I was interested in. Said they didn't know anymore information but clearly weren't bothered about finding out from the seller. Thought the property would have been sold by now but obviously other people have been put off too
