It's literally one person dealing with 5 customers while I see 3 other members of staff hang out in the back. Then once you finally get seen they fumble your request. Had to pay for another month at £75/m because they screwed up my upgrade to a cheaper plan and blocked me from performing an upgrade for 30 days.

Have been a business customer of EE for over thirty years, this was the first time i have had to visit a store to try and resolve a problem.
Their reluctance to help was extremely frustrating.
Common-sense could have been used, and would have been a simple resolution to my problem.
If i could have giving lower negative review i would have almost certainty

Every single mobile I brought from this shop had software issues. Bad of both worlds, I Reckon techies are crooks and have uploaded a hack, so they can steal. After one year my mobile doesn't work anymore due to software problems, from day one, my mobile didn't work. ????

They sent me a used phone, which I have returned. I was told that I would be sent a Macbook 5 as a new customer gift. Offer closed so no gift.
