Excellent service from Nickeda. I knew what I wanted and she guided us to an efficient purchase. She was extremely polite greeting us and offering us a drink. The sleepmatch was great in helping me choose which mattress to buy along with the pillow she supplied for this. Great experience.

I'd been looking online for my new bed, but decided to try Dreams as there was a sale on. Richard, the sales advisor, was very helpful and listened to my needs (even though I tend to witter on a bit). I've now bought a bed which I think will be ideal.

Visited Dreams Beds in Bridgend again. My daughter loved my ottoman bed from Dreams and had to have one. By luck, had the same salesman Sean. He was extremely helpful the first time and also on my second visit.
He recognised us immediately and my daughter explained what she required. Was measured for the mattress whilst Sean nipped off to make us a coffee (he makes a good cuppa - I recommend him for this too).
Sean showed us the perfect mattresses and along with a pillow she finally chose one. No problem with the base as we had seen it on line. Sean showed us how to lift the base etc.,
Sean had a very good sense of humour. Believe me, he needed one with us. My nicknames not ?trouble? without reason.

Excellent service today from Nickeda. She greeted us when we entered and offered us a tea and coffee which was nice. She took us to the sleep match machine, never been on one of those before, that found us the right mattress type for us. She showed us a few different variants of mattress after agreeing on what pillows were right for us. We needed storage so with her guidance, we opted for an Ottoman frame, medium firm mattress and a slight mix of pillows. Surprised how fast we managed to get a delivery slot too 6 days away from when we bought it! Can't wait for it's arrival on Wednesday. With her pricing on point too, we will definitely look here again for our next bed. Thanks again Nickeda for all your help

We can't thank Baz enough for his help purchasing a mattress and pillow's this morning. We are elderly and he was very caring during the whole experience. A very happy atmosphere with all the staff. Would highly recommend.

We have been on the fence for a while regarding purchasing a new bed but bit the bullet today and had a very pleasant experience the salesperson Barri was very knowledgeable, and it was a very enjoyable experience, and yes we did purchase a new bed, headboard and mattress.
