Constantly getting the orders wrong most recent debacle they sent out chicken strippers and not kickers.
Avoid this place like the plague.
Previously they sent out completely the wrong pizza then said they'd send out a new one, which never arrived, after chasing it again they said they would issue a refund.... it took us nearly 2 months and multiple visits to the store to resolve this.... and the only reason it got resolved was there was someone from head office there.
They blamed head office and kept saying they had sent a refund request... guess what they hadn't... can't believe it took a guy from head office to be there to get them to sort it out.

Never understand why the actual MENU inside the store has no were near the number of options that online has. Crazy !! Meaning I ended up ordering something I didn't really want.
However, nice to see a couple of local girls in the store this time round, instead of all foreigners(cheap labour).

DO NOT EAT HERE YOU WILL GET SICK!!!
Delivery arrived and that was fine. That was 3 days ago and i have had food poisoning ever since eating from here. The chicken was not cooked to standard and looked slimy in the nuggets. The pizza was extremely greasy and the ingredients tasted very strange. Me and my partner are both unwell from eating here please don't make our mistake. Also the food is extremely over priced for the quality you receive. Paying over 20 pound for a pizza is crazy no matter what way you spin it

Lied to us twice!
Sadly our order of £44.80 was delivered, late, squashed & inedible due to the cheese being stuck to the top of the box.
We called the branch as soon as we received the order, they apologised & said they would refund us right away but to allow 5 working for it to appear in the account.
14 days later we went back to the store to say nothing had come through & the story had changed to "not to worry it can take up to 10/14 working days!"
We then called head office after 21 working days, they apologised to us profusely as said there had never been a refund requested under our account/order.
So it would seem that the parc plaza branch was lying to us the whole time!!

Ordered online, went to pick up food, and was told no order, they checked another branch no order. Money was taken from the bank and the order was shown online. They then told me my money would be returned in 5/7 days! Asked for a manager and was told that there were no managers then a young lady came out and said she was the manager I asked her name she would not give me her name because of the data protection Act. She told me I would get a refund in 2 hours. I tried to explain again I had paid for goods but they walked away laughing and speaking in their language which was not English. I have now put a formal complaint to the head office. Don't go to this store unless you want to be treated badly.

Me and my mum are allergic to sweetcorn, my father went to pick up pizza, brought it back home and it had sweetcorn on it, tried to speak to manager who refused to send out a new one and then whenever we phoned back kept putting the phone down on us, won?t refund or send it out, absolutely raging

Always a good pizza, just what you expect from Dominos and the service is excellent too. Friendly staff. A few tables to sit in but only suitable if you're on the go.

Food okay, fast food...you have to like it (or not) But the service was nice, great for a "bite in between" and it's quick ;)
