We stayed for 1 night on 25th August. The website said breakfast included but there was no breakfast and Angela the office lady told us we would be given a refund. Called the office but still until now no refund received.

Very disappointed with my stay. The website says ?housekeeping on request? but in reality it?s only every 4 days, and staff were rude and dismissive, even saying they ?don?t care? what the website says.
Other issues:
? No microwave
? No air conditioning
? No fresh bed sheets
? Towels only if collected from reception
? Parking charged £5/day but they have their own parking space
Misleading advertising, poor customer service, and overall a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Recently we visited north Wales and we decided to stay here for a night and we booked the room through third party app so they charged us £5 when we check in this is totally ridiculous. But the rooms were good and need .I recommend to book rooms through their app to avoid parking charges.

If you are planning to travel with multiple people. Do not be fooled by the ?family room? options. Booked it for 3 of us. It is a twin bed, a single bed. Then just a single mattress thrown on the floor, not a bed. In the same size as a small regular room.

Stayed for 3 nights here and was very happy with my stay.
The location was good, services and designer out let across the roundabout
The room was clean , comfy big bed and good shower over bath and a decent sized tv
The hotel is in lawned ground s with a back drop of woodland at the back
There was a small shop in the reception area and the staff were very welcoming and polite, any local information they were more than pleased to help you with
Overall would stay again

Stayed here whilst down on business. Nathan, Sharon, Wendy and staff were absolutely superb, so friendly, very kind and couldn?t be more accommodating if they tried. The rooms were squeaky clean and there?s refreshments and drinks for sale around the clock. Will definitely be back.

Stayed overnight for Business
Receptionists were very friendly and directed me to the local pub over the M4 bridge for evening meal
Only downside is the traffic noise if you want the windows open as no A/C in room
Slept fine in clean well kept room and a nice shower
