The team is not cooperative. I have a child who had a meal from outside.
Because the place does not have children's meals.
They prevented us from sitting even though we were 3 adults and a child. Our orders were large from the branch. We had to cancel the order and leave.
Sorry for that.

Food and drinks were great and so was the staff. But I?m sorry when it?s 3 degrees outside, and it?s stone cold inside the shop it?s really off putting, everyone in there had to keep their coats on, I know they use the ac to heat the shop but it was off. Come on guys it?s not comfortable at all

12.49 Friday 30th August. Very rude customer service. The lady who was clearing the tables asked if we were buying another coffee. We'd already bought one each. I'd finished my wife had not. Said they were running a business!! So rude and possibly racist

Visited today at 19:15, customer service was atrocious the girls that were working very clearly didn?t want to be there. A customer in front of us asked if he could have his coffee inside and because they are closing in 45 minutes, the employees acted like he was making them move heaven and earth all he wanted was a seat inside for 10 mins and they closed in 45!! Many customers walked out of the queue and I recommend not walking in in the first place

The coffee shop has no air con and was boiling and uncomfortable .
There was no lid on the teapot and when I asked about the lid, they said they were all broken!!!
Very poor for such a huge company.?

Awful service, really rude members of staff.
I was in the store this morning with my wife and one of your member of staff was very rude When I was ordering coffee, the woman was ready to argue.
She was very aggressive and taking loudly
Staff here are clearly very unhappy and need some training in manners and customer service.
Bad service, poor produce. We won't be back

Absolutely lovely barista Jess went above and beyond, absolute machine. Helped me figure out how much syrup I wanted in my iced latte by letting me taste it and gave me the option to add more, queen!

Be prepared for a long wait at peak times as its really popular and drinks are made to order.Disappointed that the milk in our lattes was oversteamed - we had to wait a good 10 mins before we were even able to sip it!
