I went to get my ears pierced on a whim, so I called ahead to make sure they were open and had someone available and Libby was really pleasant on the phone. Then she was very kind and comforting even though I didnt tell her I was nervous. She did a very professional job, kept me calm, and made sure the rest of the store was being taken care of too. She was very thorough in aligning my second piercings with my first as well. She has been great and I would highly recommend her! Thanks Libby! Xxx

I had my seconds done today by two lovely people one of them by the names of libby, they were so kind, said I could have a break at any point and were so funny and gentle, and let me look around the shop when my mum was filling out the form. If you need your ears pierced I would definitely recommend coming here! ?

I cannot thank Libby and Andy enough for being so wonderful with my daughter who wanted her ears pierced. They were absolutely amazing and it would have been a very different experience had it not been done by them. They were extremely patient and kind so thank you both!

The shop assistant was really friendly and helpful, she made sure to ask everyone if they needed help even though the shop was quite busy.
The shop itself has a good selection of titanium piercings and I was able to find what I was looking for after a few minutes.
Used to go into Claire's a lot as a pre-teen but haven't been for ages, glad to see they haven't changed much and still have good quality stock.

Shout out to LIBBY and RED!??? Amazing service I received when I had my ears pierced, honestly going to have my 3rds and 4ths done by those two beautiful lady's!! Had my ear pierced here. Quick and about as painless as having a needle jabbed through your flesh could possibly be.They might wanna check their GPS address, tho. The map I used to find the place was off by about 100 yards.

Shopping for our 7 year old girl, Friday 20th, great customer service here by the girl (red hair) working today.We bought plenty today, maybe due to her customer service. The shop had a 30% off. However, we didn't notice the signs as they blended I'm and nothing in the windows. The girl working the shop alone came and told us about the 30% off and we bought more than we would have... Also, she was able to answer our questions in detail. She is a credit to Claire's Bridgend ?

Wish it could be 0 stars, but need to add one to leave a review!!! After my daughter wanted to have a browse, she finally found something she wanted. After waiting in excess of 5 minutes at the till - due to the 2 staff chatting to a friend, I kindly asked if anyone was serving at the till. Met with a blunt, embarrassing "Yeah" before she turned around and carried on chatting to her friend, leaving my daughter at the till waiting for another member of staff. My daughter is 9 and said "she's not very good is she." It appears the customer service is cheaper and flimsier than their products which takes some doing. AWFUL

Daughter got ears pierced. Very friendly and professional. My only gripe is that the prices on the website are not right. Online it said it was £17 but in the shop £30 which is quite a difference.
