Three times I've attempted to sell cex my unwanted items,and everytime they've found a reason to not pay the full amount as originally agreed,id strongly urge anyone thats thinking of selling this retailer any items,not too!!as explained they do anything they can to lower the amount that the customer receives.

They offered for dvds 12p each and I donated that to their Christy box. Wouldn't recommend selling anything to them. Neither would stuff from there.

Traded my Xbox in online and chose the wrong console from the drop down list, Bridgend shop called me after dropping it off to say they were crediting me an extra £20 as it was a better model than stated.

Absolute cowboys. Perfectly working PS4 tested myself only to be told it's not working and spoken to in a very condescending manner. Controller worked fine though, how could they test that if PS4 wasn't working. Is there an official complaints route with these people as I'd like to explore it
