Although I didn't end up selling my car to them, they were very polite, very transparent and reasonable in their valuation of the car. There was no pressure to sell and no hard feelings when i cancelled the appointment.They are worth considering as an option

My daughter took a ford fiesta to this company to sell with an initial valuation if £4850 and then advised there was an issue with first gear and dropped the valuation down to £3850, having reluctantly settled for this amount was then called by Cash for your wheels offering £1600 as they claimed the gearbox was faulty.I work for a leading national breakdown company and I checked this vehicle over and did a test drive and there were no major issues including the gearbox. This company clearly thought that they could rip off a vulnerable young lady and believe that to be totally acceptable. I believe that the actions of this shameful company is despicable and bordering on fraudulent.

Received valuation for car and further confirmed over email only to be told 2 days before appointment that they weren?t interested in purchasing my vehicle - having wasted my time and delayed sale of my car. Blamed their IT developers for the website not being up to date. Highly UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT. Avoid using them.

Should be the option to give 0. Got a quote online to sell my car and booked an appointment. Arrived at the location and there was no one there, not even a building, looks like they moved as there was a different company sign on the address given. Even tried to call the number but no answer, so tried calling other local 'branches' but no answer either. A complete waste of time, I had to arrange for someone to go with me as well all for nothing!!!

Sold my car to Cash for your Wheels on Thursday at the Cardiff Gate site. The price was agreed with Chris who was fair, not pushy and a gentleman. The car was left with him and the money was in our account the following day. I would definitely recommend them. A far better experience than the pressure received from another similar service company.
