Always great customer service, a wide variety of gifts, cards, balloons. I use this store all the time for birthday balloons, they last a while and have loads to chose from. I will continue to use and recommend them

I used this card shop because it was local to me. However, I most likely will no longer be using it. This year, there have been two bad experiences within five months apart. The first experiences was being pressured to make a purchase, within 6 minutes of closing time. Which resulted in purchasing an unwanted item, which contact did resolve with a voucher. The second experience was closer to their closing time. However, they had shut earlier than 5:30 PM. This was obvious because they were already cleaning, and I was approaching at 5:29 PM. It seems that this store is eager to close their doors early. I only ever arrive with a simple in and out moment. A shame really. I'm giving two stars, because there are two friendly young women.

Hi I hope this reaches the manager/manageress of the shop.today I called in around midday and Chloe was serving.she was very busy ,serving customers as well as doing an inflatable balloon ? for one customer .she handled the pressure really well ,and was very apologetic for 'keeping us waiting ' and very friendly and wished us a nice day...with staff members like this ,it's a pleasure to visit this shop .well done card factory rhiw arcade,bridgend

Brilliant staff down here nothing too much too ask either. Did a fantastic balloon for my daughter which stayed up for a whole year without deflating reccomended to my mates.
