Burger King is Burger King. It wasn't particularly fast and I had to go and ask for my burger, they must have forgotten to call my number. Also, nearly £8 for a bacon, double cheese is way too much, even at a service station.

You would think ordering on a machine would make things easier for everyone involved. I guess not.
When selecting no mayo and no gherkins, it appears on the ticket stating the fact. One must assume that the person reading the tickets and preparing the food is either blind, stupid or a combination of both.
Also, I paid extra for cheesy bacon fries, but I suppose just plain Jayne fries will have to do when Stevie Wonder is reading out the tickets

Amazing ordered online and when it came back I had a little note saying have have a royale on us due to them taking a while so I really appreciate the customer service and will definitely keep ordering from there

Absolutely crap it was late at night, no screens working to order. The boy behind counter couldn't tell us what was on menu as none were on the wall to choose yourself he had no idea or interest in customer care, so we left and went to Macdonald's. Certainly won't ever go there again, and if I could I would give this place at sarn park services a no star rating.

Would give it 0 if I could after the awful encounter I had with this place, food was freezing cold- young staff wondering around with not an ounce of customer service. Even other customers sat down were discussing the poor quality of the food and how rude some of the staff were, not a great look for such a large franchise!

Its a personal choices , i like McDonald's compare to BK. They are expensive and don't have much variety to offer.
