I arranged a donation of 4 dining chair for collection they gave me a reference a week before, but didn't arrive on the day, despite a sms reminder a day before. I took day off work to attend for their collection.
I have bought many things from there and their customer service is very good. Including the 4 dining chairs I wanted to donate. But unfortunately due to loss of my money and time they cost me the review is poor.
Be aware before donating.
Update: received missed you letter the following day of scheduled delivery through post stating they attempted 8:30am while they open 9:30am, which they did call on that day with unknown number. However being this early I believe they should have let me know in advance they will arrive before their opening times.

Would be good if they were even open when they said they would be. Turned up almost an hour before they closed and staff milling about with a big sign that said open and yet refused to open door and said they were closed.

Lot of choice of 2nd hand furniture, electrical goods, pictures, housewares. Also stocks some new products such as beds and bedroom furniture, cushions and rugs. Friendly helpful staff. Delivery (charge payable) or free collection. Well worth a visit

This is a handy place to pick up inexpensive preowned furniture and electrics. Since it is stocked with mostly donated items, the quality is a little variable, but for the most part they only display the good quality stuff.
Consider using their delivery service. It is very good. You may not get same day delivery if they have a lot on, but itâ??s never more than a day or two. When you buy, you will be asked if you would consider Gift Aid - paying the tax on your item so that more money goes to the charity. But the staff will not push you to do so or judge you if you do not. On the inexpensive items you are buying, this is usually only a pound or so anyway.
Consider donating your own old stuff to this charity too. It is a good cause and they collect.
