Had a cheeky Monday meal. Mixed grill vindaloo sauce chilli Nan sag bahgee. Well it was lovely full of flavour I live pencoed but they are happy to deliver.

I am highly impressed and I don`t impress easily, because I am such a foodie I don`t have take out very often, I prefer to cook from scratch. The food was amazing! Piping hot on delivery. I live just over 3 miles away from Bridgend. I ordered veg korma with pilau rice and chips. The rice was aromatic and tasty/perfect! The chips were chunky and hot, the veg korma was the best I have ever tasted. As a single person who loves her food, it was enough for two large portions. I must have said wow about 5 times during the meal. It was so tasty. The veg korma had a variety of vegetables in it. I ate my food too quick, because I was so excited by the flavours. Delivered early by a lovely lady. My first time ordering from this restaurant, I will definitely be ordering from here again! 10/10Vegetarian options: The vegetable Korma is amazing! Lot`s of different vegetables. The sauce is absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend! The pilau rice is also lush... aromatic and very tasty! 10/10

Great food, let down by service.Ordered at 6.20pm & delivered at 9.33pm.Initially estimated at 70mins, after 120mins I called and was told a maximum of 25mins more, then nothing until a call at 9.19pm saying they had run out of one of the items so had to substitute but somehow did not know the order was made 3hrs before!I know places get busy,.especially on certain nights but why give a 70min estimate if there was zero chance to make it? Why not simply inform the customer of a delay?They had both mobile & email and could easily have changed on their order service - bookyup - but that I suppose would have taken someone a few seconds on each customer...

The first order was lovely very warm and delivery was not too long to wait.But the next time I ordered I waited just under 2 hours and I phoned them up to ask where my order was too be told that they were waiting for a driver totally unacceptable and unforgivable.

First time to use Bridgend Balti for Indian takeaway and definitely not the last, the staff were very polite and well mannered and the food itself was probably the nicest Indian I?ve ever had and they didn?t skimp on portions like a lot of places nowadays. Will be back for more soon thank you

Ordered a collection, Chicken tikka starter, Chicken samosas, Mixed Bhajis (thinking this would be onion, cauliflower etc) and Chicken madras which was ready on time, got home to find the tiny Mixed Bhajis were on some sort of nan bread covered in a red sauce, so could not eat these as my partner has dietary needs, Sadly there was no description under the heading Mixed Bhajis so assumed it would be the above, so my partner rang and explained and was met with the answer "It is up to you to ask" with raised voice, so after some back and forth chat it was agreed that I bring the Bhajis back for a full refund and onion bhajis would be made and ready to collect on the house, so travelled back to the shop and explained and was handed three onion bhajis when I asked about the refund was told that it was an exchange so when I queried the 80p price difference I was given £1, Not until I got home did we realise that there was no salad or dressing with the onion bhajis which is included with all starters, when my partner rang as to why there was not a full refund she was met with raised voice, talking over her and back tracking on what had been agreed, So that's what you get as a customer with friends & family of over 20 years. NOT ANY MORE.

Food was disgusting, chips were rock hard and cold AND the rice was full of lumps and cold curry was cold full of grease.. onion bajia were overcooked and rock hard pashwri burnt and like leather. Phoned bridgend balti and the woman had a bad attitude called me and my neighbour liers. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND I'D ADVISE YOU ALL TO NOT TO IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
