This is a lovely store, however I have just moved here and I have had the same lady serve me each time I've been in, very unfriendly even though I have tried to engage her in conversation she seems to have a real attitude problem, I have found people so welcoming and friendly so this is a one off but she really needs to work on her customer service, my out look on life is when you serve the public you might be the only person a customer sees or talks to all day, so please a smile a friendly hello goes along way....especially when you live on your own, I shall continue to smile and be friendly, who knows one day she might suprise me!

Contacting Phamasist a nightmare. Nobody answers the phone to enable a query whether medication is ready( 6 minutes) only to be told automated voice they are busy and ring back. then having to travel to town only to be told there was no medication for my husband. Repeat Prescription not received. This was a lie as my husband handed the repeat prescription to a young member of staff at phamisy a week and half ago. They blamed our surgery. My husband then had to walk to surgery and enquired and was told the last time a repeat prescription was received from boots was October. The system needs to change in regards to employing someone to answer queries. There are 4 or 5 people behind the counter that someone is capable of answer the phone in that department.

Deceitful and abusive staff who exploit the police because they are incompetent at adult conversaton. Unable to acknowledge a cutomer complaint. Disgusting treatment towards a 13 year old and total arrogance of their actions of abusive behaviours hiding behind lies and bullying. In contrast the pharmacy staff were exceptionally polite, respectful and competent and capable of human conversation unlike the shopfloor staff.

Rude unhelpful at the pharmacy counter. Changed their policy on medication without informing anyone. Was unable to purchase a medication which I'd purchased many times before. Able to walk into tesco pharmacy and purchase it no problem

I went to the Bridgend store on Friday 22nd December to purchase some Canestan cream for my daughter. There was one woman behind the pharmacy counter who was quite busy, the counter by the side of the pharmacy was unmanned, but I could see the cream at the bottom of the counter right on the edge. I picked up the size I wanted and proceeded in the direction of the checkout with some other items. I was approached by a lady, who literally snatched the cream from me and told me in a very rude manner that I was not allowed behind the counter to pick up a product.I pointed out that there was no one at the position and pharmacy was busy, I certainly wouldn?t have walked right up behind the counter and help myself. I was so shocked I went to my partner and said we are leaving but as she pointed out I should complain. So I returned to the counter where this lady was now at and actually serving. I asked for return of the Canesten and put my other items on the counter. At this point I told her how rude she was and at 64 I do not expect to be spoken to in this manner and told her I would be complaining. Her name is Bev Harris and I think she could do with a course in customer service techniques. I wanted to send an email to the store, but have been unable to find an address to do this.I would certainly like some form of communication from the store as this is more a complaint rather than a review.RegardsSue Hillman Price
