Appalling service resulting in my parcel being stolen as parcels are left on the shop floor, where anyone can take them and walk out. Instead of being kept behind the til safe like every other shop does! The man was reluctant to help me and couldn?t care less that my parcel was stolen in his care. Meaning I now have an opened empty parcel with the item missing, loss of money and the stress of trying to raise a claim due to the carelessness of the shop keeper. Asked to see CCTV and he told me no and wouldn?t help me further just kept telling me to raise a claim which I shouldn?t have to do if he did his job correctly and kept the parcels safe! DO NOT recommend you using ?BEST ONE? for receiving your parcels. Absolutely disgusting and poor customer service. Will not be using again or buying from.
