Super selection paint,nails,tiles,plants,sheets of wood, flooring,nuts,bolts,grass seed,flower seeds, watering cans, light bulbs, big orange buckets, power tools drills, electric saws, gloves, protective glasses, paint, blue,green,yellow,white,black, paint brushes, paint rollers, paint trays, spray paint, oil based paint, water based paint everything under the sun and even more you can't go wrong.

Visited the new store in Bridgend,and it's a very nice store and lovely staff,my only issue is with the only one lift,my friend and I had to wait in a queue and the only other option was the stairs,but I have sciatica as and it's really painful to walk at times,and it doesn't make sense to have to queue,didn't the designer's or planning departmt think to put an escalator in the store,as this might put people off from going there

What a nightmare experience. 1 of 2 architraves I had delivered arrived in a very sorry condition. I emailed them and they said they would be in contact when it was assigned a case handler. After several months I had heard nothing, phoned up and was promised a phone call the next day to arrange delivery the day after. That did not happen and at this stage doesn't look like ever will.

My dog pulled me down in the garden centre of the bridgend store i fell quite bad. But the two gentlemen that came got me a chair and some first aid were utterly amazing. Thank you guys.

Firstly phoned the store to enquire about a certain product. Sarah answered. She was excellent over the phone. Secured the product we needed and put it in click and collect. When we arrived in store she was there to collect the product from and help us with some other items. Excellent customer service displayed by Sarah.

Only reason for any score is that the staff on the paint desk were helpful. Man Oliver and woman serving on counter were rude and unprofessional.

Terrible customer service
I purchased four lights from a verified seller on the B&Q website which have all broken within 8 months, the seller will not refund my money and B&Q will not help with my issue.
